Weekly Alliance Duel

Alliance Duel – Day 6: Enemy Buster

Weekly Alliance Duel

Day 6 of the Alliance Duel event in Last War: Survival — known as Enemy Buster — is the final and most intense day of the week-long competition. This phase is essentially “war day,” where alliances earn points primarily through combat. Victory on Day 6 is especially significant, as this day typically carries the highest weight towards the overall duel (often 4 victory points for winning). To come out on top, alliances must prepare thoroughly, execute smart tactics, and maximize every opportunity for points on this decisive day.

Main Tasks that Earn Points 🎯

  • Legendary Trade Truck: Dispatch one Legendary (UR) Trade Truck during this day. Sending a trade convoy with a golden “UR” truck yields a large chunk of points.

  • Legendary Secret Task: Complete one Legendary Secret Mission in the Secret Mobile Squad. Use saved secret order items to refresh missions until you can start an orange-grade (legendary) task for substantial points.

  • Use Speedups: Use any construction, research, training, or healing speedups (each minute of speedup time gives points). Every 1-minute accelerator used will add to your score – whether it’s speeding up building upgrades, tech research, troop training, or hospital healing.

  • Kill Enemy Troops: Defeat enemy units in battle to score points. Kills are worth significantly more if the troops belong to your designated rival alliance (about the points compared to other targets). Use the event’s teleport feature to jump to the enemy’s server and attack their bases to rack up kills. If all rival players are shielded or have no troops available, you can attack other alliances on that server for lesser points.

  • Lose Troops (Sacrifice): You also gain points for each of your own units lost in combat. This means if you’re desperate for points (e.g. to open all reward chests) and your alliance is already safely leading, sacrificing some troops by attacking a very strong opponent can still boost your score through the units you lose.

Preparation from Previous Day 📅

  • Troop Buildup: Train as many troops as possible before Day 6. Use Day 5 (Total Mobilization) to mass-produce units with training speedups. A large army will serve you well for both offense and absorbing losses on the final day.

  • Upgrade Barracks: Ensure your Barracks are upgraded ahead of time to unlock higher-tier troops. Having stronger units available on Day 6 increases your combat effectiveness and scoring potential.

  • Stockpile Special Items: Save your Trade Contracts (for refreshing trade trucks) and Secret Order items (for refreshing secret missions) throughout the week. By not using them earlier, you can roll for Legendary trucks and missions on Day 6 when they are worth the most points.

  • Shielding Plan: Acquire shields in advance. Lower-level or vulnerable members should have a 24-hour shield ready to activate before Day 6 starts, protecting their base for the full duration of war day. If a 24h shield isn’t available, ensure you have enough 8h shields (and reapply them in succession) to cover the entire day.

  • Defense Setup: Plan to remove troops from your wall (base defense) at the start of Day 6. By emptying your base’s defense, if a stronger enemy attacks your city you won’t lose troops (they’ll only steal resources). This precaution ensures you don’t hand the enemy easy points from killing your defending units.

Strategic Tips for Maximum Points 💡

  • Focus on the Rival Alliance: Concentrate your attacks on the specific enemy alliance you are matched with in the duel. Kills against those rival players yield the highest scores. Use the Alliance Duel interface to teleport to their server early on Day 6 and strike when they might be least prepared. Always scout first to ensure your target actually has troops present (some players may withdraw or hide their armies).

  • Coordinate with Allies: Teamwork is key on war day. Plan rally attacks with your alliance mates on tough high-level bases. Share target information (who is unshielded and has troops available). A synchronized attack strategy can overwhelm even strong opponents and maximize kill counts while spreading out the risk.

  • Stay Shielded When Needed: Not everyone needs to fight on the front lines. If you’re a weaker player or low on troops, shield up and play defense. There’s no shame in protecting your forces to deny the enemy easy points. Likewise, if you’ve finished your personal tasks (trucks, missions, etc.), staying under shield ensures you lock in your points without giving the enemy opportunities.

  • Use Healing Wisely: Keep an eye on your Hospital and heal your wounded promptly. Using healing speedups not only returns your army to fighting shape faster, but also yields extra event points (for the speedup usage). This can make a big difference over the course of a long battle day.

  • Smart Sacrifice: If your alliance is comfortably ahead in total score but you personally need a few more points to reach the next reward milestone, consider a strategic sacrifice. For example, send an attack against a very strong enemy base that you’re likely to lose – you will lose troops, but those troop losses will add to your score. Do this only if the alliance victory is secure and you’re aiming to maximize personal points.

  • Avoid Exposing Troops: Don’t leave your troops where the enemy can kill them easily. For instance, avoid sending resource-gathering marches during Day 6 (enemy players can attack your armies on resource tiles). Also be cautious about idle troops in your base if you’re unshielded – they’re vulnerable if an enemy decides to attack your city.

  • Hide Your Forces: If you need to keep troops safe without a shield, consider garrisoning your troops at a shielded ally’s base or in an alliance building (if available). This way, your troops are off the field and cannot be targeted. The goal is to deny the enemy any easy kills while you focus on scoring points through offensive actions.

Day 6 is the decisive War Day, where points are earned through fierce battles – making it the dramatic climax of the Alliance Duel event. ⚔️
